My practice focuses on representing victims of attorney malpractice. In my 27 years of practicing law in Boston, I have successfully handled a wide range of legal malpractice claims. I have won compensation for clients who have been damaged by the malpractice of divorce lawyers, criminal lawyers, bankruptcy lawyers, personal injury lawyers, business lawyers, probate lawyers and more. My practice is and always has been sharply focused on litigation and trial of lawyer malpractice, civil rights, personal injury and business matters, representing thousands of individuals, dozens of small business, and one publicly traded company. I have received an "AV" rating, the highest available, from Martindale-Hubbell, an independent lawyer evaluation entity. These ratings are granted by peers and judges, and awarded only to attorneys who consistently provide service of the highest ethical standard and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the law. I provide personal, informative and proactive services to my community of clients, and do my best to rebuild their trust in our system of civil justice.
